The staff being very friendly treated my young boys and I with respect and care. This car company is clearly here for the customer, not themselves. All they were doing this time was an oil change, but saw that my air filter was very dirty and there was a lot of corrosion on my battery terminals. So I went in and got a flow master super 10 with a magnaflow exhaust tip. I’m very please along with I went in short on money and they waived a bunch of fees for me and they took me in at last minute! (The other A-1 in Springfield was extremely rude over the phone) but this location they were all super generous and nice.

I use to work here and I can give my opinion on what customers do not see. The mechanics there are real mechanics. They are very detail orientated. Usually at shops the service advisor communication with the mechanics is lacking but not here.
